Vibra Healthcare of Rancho Mirage is an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital with an average length of stay of 11 days. Patients are provided with care through rehabilitation to help them achieve a more complete recovery. Hospital care often ends after the immediate medical needs of a patient have been addressed, but that does not mean that the patient’s journey towards recovery is over. Serious injuries and illnesses can make it difficult for people to do their job, exercise, or even move around the house.
Rehabilitation occur on an inpatient basis. Inpatient rehabilitation refers to rehabilitation that takes place for patients staying at a rehabilitation hospital. Patients have immediate access to their physical therapy team and go through a carefully paced workout program 5 out of 7 days a week, for 3 hours a day. We offer Physical Theraphy, Occupational Theraphy, Speech Theraphy, and Art Theraphy and have a five to one nursing ratio. We are also proudly Joint Commission Certified.
