ROSES 4 ROSEN WRAP-UP

On September 26th we celebrated a very special birthday – our very own President and Founder Jo Rosen completed another circuit around the sun! Every year we run a “Roses for Rosen” birthday fundraiser to give people the opportunity to celebrate Jo through a donation to her beloved Parkinson’s Resource Organization. Every August Jo starts to fret and says something along the lines of “I don’t know if we should do it this year, I don’t think anybody cares.” 

This year, like every, you proved her wrong! In addition to an avalanche of sentiments, we raised well over $5,000 (tally to be concluded in next month’s Newsletter). $5K is enough to fund eight support groups for people with Parkinson’s and their caregivers!
