‘Roger’s Wiggle’ for Holiday Stress

In a perfect world, the holidays are a time of joy, peace and harmony. While I agree that is what we all can strive for during the holidays (and everyday for that matter), for many the holidays are a stressful time filled with anxiety, loneliness, and post-traumatic stress.

Many people struggle with the shopping, managing the budget, traffic, navigating the parties, wrapping gifts, and spending time with family. Hypnosis and other mindfulness techniques can help you to manage the holiday stressors so that they can be joyful, peaceful, and filled with harmony. “Roger’s Wiggle” is one of the fun, easy, and powerful ways to control stress that I teach.

Here is a quick way for you to be mindful and release your stress:

  • Wiggle your toes
  • Wiggle your butt
  • Breathe in deeply through your nose
  • Breathe out through your mouth
