ROAD TO THE CURE UPDATE JULY 2012

Category: Road to the Cure

As you’ve been following the “Road to a Cure” project we are delighted to report the momentum that is taking place.

Just to make sure you understand why we have not yet given you the name of the Biotech Company is because it is a “start-up” company and is not staffed to take a jillion calls. To us, it is far more important that the scientists stay focused on getting on with manifesting the cure than answering all of the “curious” questions coming from people who, with all good intentions, would detract from the importance of the scientist’s time efficacy.

Recently the Biotech Company presented its blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeable technology to a very prestigious research institute in Michigan. The scientists and the senior management of this institute displayed unexpected and overwhelming enthusiasm to structure collaboration with the Biotech Company, which was far beyond the “fee for services” that the Biotech Company had gone to Michigan to discuss. The management of this research institute also expressed their interest to help the Biotech Company raise needed funds, after a formal agreement has been put into place between the two organizations.

The Michigan research institute is a state-of-the-art, 21st Century, very big facility with emphasis on neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. The Michigan and San Diego Biotech groups appear to have much in common to work together to advance the Biotech’s “Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s” projects forward as the institute has the necessary PET imaging equipment that the San Diego Company has been looking for, for some time.

Furthermore, a renowned, former pharmaceutical executive has shown a great deal of interest in working with the Biotech Company’s management to help advance its BBB permeable technology from laboratory to the patients.

Jo Rosen is motivated to making this the first PATIENT DRIVEN research in the world. Her personal mission to raise funds for this exciting new research is strong. If you are, or know someone who is, an experienced and sophisticated investor with a desire to help underwrite this research, you are invited to contact Jo. The company doing the research is a for-profit company founded and run by scientific entrepreneurs.
