May is the month of Better Speech and Hearing, which we recognize in our article COMMUNICATION IS KEY AT ALL AGES. It is also National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, which we recognize in our article HOW HAS THE CORONAVIRUS IMPACTED THOSE WITH PARKINSON’S DISEASE AND WHAT YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.
Mother's Day is celebrated in May, Happy Mother’s Day to all. Of course, for me—and perhaps you—celebrating my Mother is important, among other reasons, because she was one of the impetus behind starting PRO. I am taking the liberty of adding her obituary to this Newsletter; however, you can visit her and many others who lost their battle to Parkinson’s and Parkinsonisms by clicking on The Memorial Wall on our website.
