Message from the President - January 2023

The start of a new year always brings with it the opportunity to reset, to shake off the chaos of the holidays, dwell on our achievements from the past year, and set our goals and intentions for the coming months. It’s a time of hope... our annual return to a blank slate against which to imagine our best selves and our most optimistic futures. 

Here at Parkinson’s Resource Organization, we’re working hard on an ambitious schedule of events and programs in pursuit of our mission, working so no one is isolated because of Parkinson’s. This means more types of support groups, more members in the Wellness Village resource directory, more educational events, more celebrations of life on the Memorial Wall, more information, more education, more, more, more. 

Are you ready? Let us know what you are looking for this year: as always, it’s our beloved community of people with Parkinson’s and caregivers who drive our program goals.
