As the year winds down it also ramps up, with more holidays, more parties, more family time, more gifts, more cookies, more celebration. It can also be a difficult time for those newly or soon-to-be grieving, estranged from family, or far away from the people they love.
This time of year, I am reminded more strongly than ever of the Parkinson’s Resource Organization mission: “working so no one is isolated because of Parkinson’s”.
This month, as we release the last month of 2022 and invite 2023 as our new year, I send to you my warmest wishes for a happy and healthy holiday season. May it be overflowing with love, may your travels be safe, may your celebrations be merry.
