Bits & Pieces - Save the Date

PRO has scheduled its “INAUGURAL BRISK-OFF,” a friendly brisket competition for professional and non-professional chefs to support our work to maximize quality of life for people with Parkinson’s and their families/caregivers through education, resources, and person-to-person support.

Summer grilling season should give you time to perfect those winning recipes (either yours, your mother’s or your grandmother’s recipes). We will gather at the Palm Springs home of Dr. Howard Cohen on October 22nd, 2022 for an afternoon blind tasting and to vote on the winner of the prestigious and highly-coveted title, “Brisk-Off Champion.”
