The Assistance Fund, Inc.

The Assistance Fund is an independent charitable patient assistance foundation that helps patients and families facing high medical out-of-pocket costs by providing financial assistance for their copayments, coinsurance, deductibles and other health-related expenses.

We manage more than 30 funds – each of which covers the FDA-approved medications that treat that specific disease. If a doctor diagnoses a patient with a condition like Parkinson’s, lupus or multiple sclerosis, patients who need help paying for their medications or other health-related services call us to determine whether they are eligible for support.

With a leading technology platform and best in class patient advocates, we are able to quickly and efficiently respond to patient requests for assistance. Since we were founded in 2009, we have helped more than 43,000 adults and children access the medicines they need to stay healthy or manage a chronic condition.
