DANCING WITH OUR STARS 2016 – OUR Dancers Won !!!!

 DANCING WITH OUR STARS – THE WINNERS FOR 2016 Benefiting Parkinson’s Resource Organization

Kytti St. Amand won first place in both categories at this event; she raised the most money for her charity PRO (gross nearly $16,000); and she was the “Audience’s Favorite.” 

Our other Dancer, Elizabeth Wood, who came into the competition about a month before the event, raised nearly $1,600 for PRO and came in 3rd place as “Audience Favorite.”

If you’re watching the real Dancing with the Stars (#DWTS) on television, pay particular attention to Nyle DiMarco. Elizabeth is 80% hearing challenged and the day of the event her new hearing aid stopped working. Not because of the battery but because of some mechanical deficit, consequently she could hear very little; notwithstanding, she and her partner did an incredible job  of dancing with poise, grace and in time and tempo to the music. Nyle DeMarco is apparently completely deaf. We look forward to having both ladies representing PRO next year. THANK YOU to our dancers and to the people who supported them.
